Conference center facilities at Manzanita Place are Chico’s largest. Our Chico location has a grand ballroom which can seat over 800 people for a conference with theater style seating or can the conference center can be partitioned into three smaller ballrooms for smaller conferences. At one end of the ballroom we have a large stage with a static digital projector and screen, while at the other end we have windows looking out to our veranda and lawn area. We can set the room to your specifications; theater style seating, classroom style seating or dinner seating should your conference include meal service.
Our conference center can provide your you with wireless microphones, a sound system, digital projectors and screens with video systems and connections; and our ballroom is equipped with wireless Internet service.
Manzanita Place also offers smaller rooms for rent should our ballrooms be to large for your conference; we have a library and a downstairs conference room available.
Should your conference need catered food service, have our Chef prepare a meal for you from our on site kitchen. For a pre or post conference social our bar and lounge area located off our ballroom can provide your guests with bar service and a place to relax. Let our experienced and friendly staff
